The cable bracket – KBB from KTS

Our cable bracket is the ideal solution for space-saving and organized cable fastening. Thanks to the cable bracket, you no longer have to attach a cable holder for each individual cable or be satisfied with cables or wires lying around and getting in the way.

The cable hanger simply brings order

You have certainly wanted to attach several cables at once and route them neatly. But usually the mm diameter of the cable holder is too narrow for the cable or the installation is too complicated. This means that you simply cannot attach the cable securely to the wall or ceiling. It becomes even more difficult if you want to lay several cables at once, for example when setting up networks. The individual cable harnesses are quickly twisted together and chaos ensues. This is not only very annoying but also frustrating.

Advantages of the KTS cable bracket (KBB)

  • Easy to install
  • Ideal hold of the cable harnesses due to pretensioning
  • Cables with different diameters can be clamped
  • Available in 3 different sizes (variable number depending on packaging)
  • Can be used on the wall and ceiling
  • Secure fastening with nail dowels
  • Material can withstand similar loads as stainless steel
  • Suitable for electrical and data cables and all types of wires
  • Very flat cable routing
  • Complies with DIN
  • Directly available (several pieces per package)

With our cable anchor, you don’t have to worry about frustration and tangled cables. Thanks to its special shape (flat cable guide) and pre-tensioning, the cable bracket can easily hold several cables securely, even in different diameters. All you need to fix the bracket to the wall or ceiling is a hammer. The supplied nail plug simply needs to be hammered into the wall and the cable plug will hold securely. However, do not hammer the nail in right up to the stop, but leave a little play. The cable harnesses can then be easily fixed under the arm. Once you have sorted the cables, you can screw the nail dowel in all the way. This makes it much easier to lay and sort the cables neatly. In addition, when mounting on the ceiling, you save yourself the trouble of screwing in a screw completely overhead to hold the cables securely. Installation is therefore very simple and not as complicated as with a plug-in anchor, where you always have to use a cable tie before the cables are properly secured.

Space-saving cable fastening
Depending on the mm diameter of the cable to be laid, the mounting solution can protrude quite far from the wall. With our cable bracket, it is not necessary to make a curve around the fastening. This is because it is very flat and can also hold thicker cables securely thanks to its curved shape and pretension. Of course, it also complies with DIN standards and offers you the assurance that it will not simply come loose despite thicker cables. This is also ensured by the durable and very robust nylon material used to manufacture the cable plugs. The DIN naturally applies to all sizes of our cable plugs – which are available for 8, 10 and 16 mm cables.

Tip for DIY enthusiasts:
Thanks to the shape of the cable brackets, they are also ideal for use in false ceilings. Their low height allows them to be installed in very shallow areas, enabling you to lay the cable harnesses completely out of sight. And from experience, you will agree that invisible cables are always the best. Especially in false ceilings, for example, it is almost impossible to use a plug-in anchor, because the low height makes it very complicated to handle an additional cable tie.

No kinks in the cables
With data cables for networks in particular, it is often necessary to route them around corners. Depending on the cable fastening, this is hardly possible without severely bending or even kinking the cable. Once the kink in the cable has settled, this can even lead to data transmission problems. Any network administrator will immediately give you their approval, as these are some of the most common network problems. Cables that have been laid incorrectly or improperly often cause network failures. With our cable anchor, you can lay the cable harnesses gently and without kinks around corners and angles. This is because the secure hold of several cables also ensures that none of them can be kinked. This gives you the ideal opportunity to lay your network cables safely and neatly. This also makes it much easier to change the cable structure or replace one or more cables at a later date.

Summarized brief information
For all building materials in conjunction with the KTS nail anchor 6 x 40, 6 x 50 or 6 x 60. The KTS cable bracket can also be used in suspended ceilings due to its low height. Using a KTS 6 x 50 nail plug, you can knock the clip straight in, creating a flush cover at the same time. The flexibility of the clip enables individual cables to be manually put in place. The three sizes of the cable bracket can be used for max. Use 8, 10 or 16 cables.

The cable clip is made of high quality polyamide (nylon).
